Paco Chiu was born in Hsinchu Taiwan in 1954. He started to learn the photography when he was five, from his grandfather. His work on «Reborn» is part of life art photography project focusing on beauty and ugliness, and life and death, because Paco almost died of a heart attack.  Paco’s artwork has been published and exhibited internationally. It’s held in museum and private collections worldwide. Including works on permanent collection in the Angkor National Museum of Cambodia.

 

Paco，1954年生於台灣新竹，因為五歲時祖父贈送的一台相機，從此開始了他的攝影生涯。主題『重生』聚焦在美與醜、生與死之間的關係，啟發自他一次歷經生死交關的經歷。在亞洲已有多次個人展，2008年作品被吳哥博物館典藏，並於2013年的兩岸兒童攝影展中獲得好評，作品也被世界各地人士收藏。
